Having an experience in different work environments gave me an opportunity to see things from a different perspective. I like building and selling brands, and at the same time I think about customers needs, values and thoughts. I have worked in Australia, where I got a chance to work at Estee Lauder Companies and see beauty industry from an inside. After couple of years living and working there, made me realise that branding and marketing is something that inspires and motivates me. Having a chance to coordinate sales and marketing for beauty brands from Coty portfolio was definitely an eye opening experience. This is where I really learned time and project management, and how to stand out in a beauty market. Currently I'm working at a venture hub/marketing agency eCartic, where small team makes big things happen. Strategic thinking, project management and good analytical skills gave me an opportunity to build one of the ventures from scratch. This helped me to move to my next role in this company, where I started building up customer support and app store optimization strategies and processes.
