Having worked in television production since 2003 Anna has a diverse slate of experience that spans mental health documentaries for The BBC, heartwarming human interest brand content for lifestyle brands, and arresting and emotive charity films for heavyweight foundations such as The Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. At the heart of all her work is a passion to tell engaging stories about fascinating people. With everything she has learnt about creating meaningful and entertaining content that has purpose, She co-founded See It Be It CIC. See it Be it addresses the diversity and skills gap that exists in the working world by raising aspirations and shining a light on the future world of work. Vision: For all children to feel open to a bright future regardless of their gender, ethnicity, neuro-diversity, physical ability and socio- economic background. Mission: For every child to name at least 10 occupations that have been created during the fourth industrial revolution, by the time they make their GCSE choices. Key objectives: Challenging stereotypes in the world of work Expanding children’s ideas of the world of work beyond what they come into contact with on a daily basis. Creating positive connections between what we learn at school and the working world. We do this by: Partnering with purpose driven businesses to create content that showcases their talented employees and most future-focused roles, with a focus on jobs that positively impact the world both for society and the environment. Supporting career related learning at every age by providing free resources that are compelling, engaging and relevant for society to narrow the skills and diversity gap.
