As an HR professional with more than 20 years of global experience, I work to co-create solutions in close partnership with business leaders. Grounded in theory, I strive to develop people and organizations. With a degree in psychology and extensive experience in specialist and leadership roles, I provide leadership to organizations and senior executives in developing organizational and leadership capabilities. I work with commitment and passion– and care about making a difference for people by enabling their growth. I have competencies in several core areas: HR leadership - leading organizations and teams by driving a strategic HR agenda Executive coaching – focused on personal impact, stakeholder management, role transitions, building organizational and leadership capabilities Team development- focus on coaching, assessment, facilitating development sessions to unlock potential, effectiveness in communication, decision-making and to deliver on strategic priorities Leadership and talent development programs - focus on design and delivery, individual development as well as building organizational capabilities and culture to work effectively with identifying and developing talent Diversity & Inclusion- focus on strategy development, communication, designing impactful initiatives, embedding D&I in existing people processes across cultures, strengthening the female pipeline
