Anoop is a Global Human Resources Leader, an award-winning entrepreneur and developer of high performing leaders. He is also a sought after speaker, coach and mentor. At present the VP of HR for Ford Motor Company of Australia and New Zealand, he has worked with thousands of people under his wing across four countries to bring out their inner hero and be awesome. Anoop was awarded the Australian HR Leader Award of the year in 2022 and named to the HRD Hotlist in 2021 and 2022. As a lifelong learner, Anoop is at the forefront of the future of work, harnessing the power of technology, and combining multiple disciplines to tap into the unlimited inherent human potential and develop strategic high-performance leaders. He has held strategic roles in both Operations and Human Resources. Renowned for his vision and critical thinking, Anoop is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Member of the Society of Automotive Engineers Australasia, and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC). His qualifications across a diverse range of fields include Executive Coaching, a M.Eng in Advanced Manufacturing Technology and post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Anoop is the father of two girls and lives a life filled with purpose. He applies his values and holistic experience to lead with influence and grace as he comes alongside multi-billion-dollar organisations to solve the systemic challenges they face in a fast-paced world.
