In doing so, as an owner-developer, removing capital and project delivery constraints to deliver beautiful, attainable and sustainable living spaces for all. The Industrialization of the Real Estate Development process at-scale is the single most compelling opportunity for Real Estate and middle market Investors today. My thesis is that the modular approach and Industrialized construction are the competitive advantages institutional investors need to achieve repeatable, risk-adjusted and consistent returns in a timely and effective manner. As the supply imbalance deepens, it drives income disparity, exacerbates inequities and closes the door on the most attainable opportunity to create and share wealth. There is an inherent social good in alleviating scarcity. Solving for the overwhelming need and availability of housing has made the the Industrialization of the Real Estate Development process the most compelling opportunities for in Real Estate and aligns with my own journey of deep connection and meaningful impact on people’s lives.
