I have broad experience in consumer representation and affairs, legal services, leadership and public speaking. Transport Focus is the statutory consumer watchdog that represents Britain's rail passengers and England's, outside of London, bus, coach and tram passengers and Strategic Road Network users. Aiming to make a difference for all transport users we use reseach, especially comparing the performance of different bus and train companies, to drive change. We carry out and publish the National Rail Passenger Survey, Bus Passenger Survey and Tram Passenger Survey - over 170,000 transport users take part in our insight work every year. We have just launched our new Strategic Roads User Survey. I am a member of the Civil Aviation Authority's Consumer Panel.
