Bio

I have spent the past thirteen years involved in continually expanding roles within a variety of recreational and competitive programming between Florida State University, Florida International University, and now at the University of South Florida Tampa Campus. Through these roles, I have been afforded the opportunity to work with, motivate, and mentor various diverse groups of student employees, staff, and participants to build on-campus communities that promote student success. Through each of these experiences, I have been able to create and implement broad frameworks for employee and patron programming that can be adapted to promote an atmosphere that is conducive to involvement, learning, and development within continually changing environments.
