I’m passionate about leading companies centered on purpose and impact. My personal goal is to create positive impact to 1B people. At XP Health, we’re reinventing vision benefits with a user-centric and deep-learning based approach. XP stands for great user experience, exponential technologies, medical expertise and express care. We developed the world’s only AI facial recognition technology that allows our members to find perfect fitting frames online and try them at home. This way, they don’t need to go to a retail store. Even employees with perfect vision are using their benefit to get computer glasses with premium anti-glare and blue-light protection, to reduce eye strain and headaches. Before XP Health, I co-founded Vox Capital, which became a Harvard Business School case study and internationally recognized as a pioneer impact investing fund. During the weekends and over 10 years I co-created and co-produced A New Capitalism, an international documentary available in 190 countries on Netflix, Amazon Prime and Google Play.
