Antwan is a senior executive leader with a passion for fostering positive change, building programs of excellence, community impact, health equity, and establishing collaborative cultures. Proven ability to lead high level teams and strategic initiatives at the local, regional and system level. In addition to his role as a VP of Operations/COO within one of the nation's Leaders in care, Henry Ford Health. Antwan is fortunate to be a co-founder of The Advancement League. An organization dedicated to career development and community impact. The Advancement League is a social movement and membership organization helping leaders put Health, Everywhere. They are known for bringing leaders inside and outside of traditional healthcare together for the annual Young Health Leader Summit, the first-of-it’s-kind 24-hour Community Impact Competition and national ''Road Trip'' experiences. The Advancement League continues to combine career development and community impact in new ways that shape a healthier future. With membership, the organization mobilized members passion for social change into teams (impact health club) dedicated to social determinants of health year-round. Outside of his passion for health, Antwan is a private investor, author, entrepreneur, mentor, world traveler, and extremely family oriented.
