I am a trained medical doctor and seasoned consultant specializing in healthcare, digital and value creation. Over last 12 years, I have served 30+ clients across Biopharma, Providers & Medtech in SEA, US and India. In Biopharma, I serve innovator and generics players on growth, Digital, commercial excellence and operational excellence. I also serve providers across SEA on the topics of digital, growth and EBITDA improvement, and, PE firms on commercial diligence of Healthcare assets. Besides Healthcare, I am passionate about supporting clients (across industries) on Turnaround journeys and have helped several clients realize multi-million$ P&L impact across South East/ South Asia. I am a senior member of BCG’s Healthcare Practice and TURN (Turnaround) Practice, held office leadership roles in recruitment, and, been a part of BCG’s Ambassador mobility program. Before moving to consulting, I have practiced as a medical doctor in primary and tertiary care settings.
