Aparna Sinha is a startup investor and entrepreneur at PearVC, specializing in AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure and Developer Product startups. She helps pre-seed and seed stage founders with market entry, product market fit and goto market strategy. Aparna has a track record of successful P&L ownership, creating new revenue streams and building $B+ businesses through technical and go-to-market innovation. Aparna has run a portfolio of sizeable P&Ls for many years, and is a recognized strategic business leader in Enterprise Software. She was Sr. Director of Developer Products at Google Cloud leading a 100+ member PM, UX, and DevRel Engineering team responsible for >40 cloud services and open source tools. She led the Serverless compute business growing revenues 4X through a shift to Serverless Containers, and introduced Google's Secure Software Supply Chain product. She was an early PM on Kubernetes, built the team and grew Google Kubernetes Engine 100x into a Top 3 revenue generator for Cloud. She co-founded Google Cloud's hybrid /multi-cloud product line. Prior to Cloud Aparna worked on Android, ChromeOS and Play. Before Google, she was Director of Product for Storage and Data Management at NetApp, delivering the OnCommand Private Cloud portfolio, winning placement in Gartner’s “Leaders” quadrant for storage software. She joined Netapp from McKinsey & Company where she was a leader in the business transformation office, working with CXOs on IT strategy, pricing, and M&A. Aparna holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, a patent from Google, and has co-authored several publications, and a book chapter. She served as Chair of the Governing Board of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF).
