I operate as outside general counsel for a wide range of startup companies and funds in the technology sector and particularly in the mobile app and SaaS/PaaS sectors. My passion is to empower diverse and women-led startups and funds. I provide the mindfulness and high-touch legal advice of a boutique law firm, paired with a seasoned experience that comes from advising numerous companies and investors in the startup space over 15+ years, ensuring I can advise my clients on what is fair and market in both corporate and commercial terms. As a founder who has started her own firm, I viscerally understand the challenges facing emerging and diverse startups and fund managers and my experience ensures I can provide the bottom-line oriented advice clients need to get their business or fund off the ground.
