Ardhira Putra was born in Jakarta Indonesia in 1988. he graduated from Animation major Multimedia University in Malaysia. in 2008 he started Illustration project called “keledai”, his artwork has quirky, wayward drawings that reflect the urban culture, one of “Keledai”s artwork received two gold awards in the Best Art director and poster categories at the Indonesian advertising festival Pinasthika. It also won Best Print Illustration at the ADOI awards in the same year. He is an Indonesian Film Festival Best Animation award-winning for his work “Surat Untuk Jakarta” in 2016. For the past 6 years, he specialized in illustration and motion graphics under the name of “ArdhiraPutra”. his works are influenced by the Asian old adverts and vintage scenes of Japanese superheroes in a surreal way.
