I've spent the last two decades working closely with CEO's and their executive leadership teams. Together, we explored and tackled the daunting and exciting nature of uncertainly and the exponentially rising levels of complexity that breed it. Over these two decades, I've learned to appreciate the fact that for all of the remarkable advances of our human civilization (over the past 5,000 years) we are still very much driven by the same ''operating system'' that drove our cave-person ancestors. This foundational understanding has been a key to helping senior executives shift from managing companies to managing human nature - their single most important growth engine. From elevating the performance of executive leaders and their teams, to helping build and strengthen mid-level managerial backbones, to up-skilling entire sales organizations, it all comes down to understanding how we, homo sapiens evolved, and how our ''wiring'' functions in our modern circumstances.
