Operational Management - Instrumental in leading the company to the position of “market leader” in the public cord blood banking in Southeast Asia. Business Development - Successfully expanded the company operations from public cord blood banking to an integrated hybrid banking and driving overall business performance. Fueled continuous growth beyond the core cord blood banking business by actively identifying and recommending new business opportunities that facilitated company diversification as a third-party cord blood banking laboratory service provider. Quality Management - Led company operations to achieve AABB, FACT, CAP and WMDA accreditation and became the first cord blood facility to get three international accreditations in Southeast Asia. Instrumental in achieving WMDA qualification – only cord blood bank in the world to reach this milestone.
