I have served as a Judge in India wherein I dealt with civil and criminal cases. Presently, I advise clients on commercial matters, venture capital investment transactions, M&A, regulatory compliances and issues relating to data protection, with a special focus on emerging technologies such as virtual asset service providers, blockchain, IoT and AI. I also engage with think tanks and regulators on formulation of policy frameworks on issues of technology and law.
