Having more than 15 yrs. of work experience in Digital Banking space and IT industry in the capacity of Head-Digital Banking, Senior Consultant, Senior Manager (IT), Business Analyst, Project Leader and Software Developer. Rich experience in Project Management, Implementation, Upgradation and Migration of Digital Banking Channels such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Wallets, Debit/Credit Cards and ATMs in a techno-functional role. Have detailed understanding of Digital Banking components such as Fund Transfers (RTGS, EFT, SWIFT), Bill Payments, Mobile Money Transfers, eCommerce, ATM/POS Transactions, Current/Savings Account, Lending Products and Tax Payments. Functional and Technical understanding of interfaces (i.e., Core Banking, CRM, Payment Gateways, Card Management System, ATM Switch, APIs etc.) with integration aspects of a Digital Banking solution. Have strong Banking domain knowledge and expertise in delivery of Business/Technology solutions. Experience in UI/UX designing for Digital Banking Channels. Rich experience in working with cross-functional teams and bringing strategic insights and direction to the role of Digital in business success. Have deep understanding of Information Security aspect of the products, Internal/External System Audit and implementing Compliance requirements into the product.
