My greatest passion is tied to moving people and shifting paradigms. In a transparent world a strong reputation can only sustain, with the right organisational culture. Leaders who walk the talk -driven by a clear vision and strong values- will engage diverse stakeholders to progress together and -as a result- grow. It's not reputation management that determines what customers think. In a connected world, it's the core of a company and it's intentions that reflect upon the image of an organization and it's attractiveness as an employer (of choice). Investing in a company's culture and identity, has become a strategic investment that contributes to the bottomline. Because only in an inclusive environment, people dare to share and feel empowered to realise their full potential. Hiring diverse is one thing, ensuring this diversity 'speaks up' in a regular staff meeting, is something else. Key is to create a culture where people feel respected.
