Aura is a leader of people, an experienced and enthusiastic contributor to business, hr conversations and initiatives, and founder of an inspirational people & leadership community. She loves to translate opportunities into action which, in turn, drives people-first cultures, strategic thinking, and organizational results. She has led these initiatives throughout her career in operations, analytics, finance, L&D, and human resources roles. Aura currently works at Lavallee Brensinger Architects as the Director of People & Culture and she is the Founder of the People & Leadership - The Other P&L Community. She also serves as Director of Programming at the Diversity Workforce Coalition, Diversity Council Member at Amplify Talent Academy, Founding Member at Hacking HR's Experts Council, Director at Large at Manchester Human Resource Association and as Advisor at the Student Advisory Board at Granite State College. Through these experiences, Aura has become a connector, an amplifier, an architect, and an innovator who mobilizes people and organizations to uncover and act on the possibilities and achieve great results for all. With her motto of ''Go Team!”, she is most passionate about fostering inclusive cultures, sustainability, and is a firm believer in architecting the work of tomorrow today.
