Serve as a key member of the Leadership Team overseeing Brankas's finance operations Key responsibilities include: - Setting up and overseeing reporting, accounting and audit as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, annual consolidated financial statements, payroll and other financial information as required - Provision of technical accounting GAAP guidance to all entities. Responsible for due diligence work on any M&A activities and provides specific accounting and technical guidance - Setting up Transfer Pricing framework, overseeing accounting and reporting under Transfer Pricing Rules - Recruitment, selection and building up a talented, highly qualified and operational finance team. Staff management, motivation, and training - Setting up business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management, implementation and development of group policies, systems, processes and internal controls
