Works in the area of communications and computers for over 30 years and lead extensive and complex IT projects. Last position in the IAF as the head of the network systems department consisted design and development of multiple unique projects in this area. Leads strategic multidisciplinary projects in the military, government and private sectors. Proficiency *Highly experienced in initiating, designing and deploying communication and computing infrastructures, telephony and transmission networks, cellular and satellite communications, power systems, command and control centres. *Extensive experience in project lifecycle management: initiation analysis, design, development and deployment. *Project management of all resources – human, budget, time and risks including necessary integration and coordination. *Complex projects tenders writing, tender response, tender evaluation and negotiation. *Experienced in leading projects in the enterprise level private sector, government offices, military and defense. *Familiarity with the market – business and technology.
