I advise on the acquisition, divestment, development, financing and ongoing operation of significant businesses, projects and governments entities in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors, with a key focus on the energy transition. I have extensive experience in advising clients on regulatory matters, energy contracting (including hedging and offtake arrangements, including corporate PPAs, retail supply contracts and connection contracts), running major equity and debt financing transactions. I also have significant experience in negotiating and advising on joint venture, shareholder and farm-in arrangements, including for mining and petroleum projects, goods and services procurement contracts and acting on government privatisations. I am Chair of the market advisory committee to the Business Renewables Centre-Australia.
