After serving 3 decades as a senior executive in some of the country’s most prominent healthcare systems I have focused my knowledge and energy on businesses seeking to revolutionize the delivery of healthcare and in 2017 I founded eNNOVATE Health Ventures LLC. Today, eNNOVATE Health Ventures serves as a business advisor to CEOs and executive teams leading health systems, medical group practices, and digital health startups positioning their companies for growth. We also advise private equity firms seeking to invest in or improve the performance of healthcare services and digital tech companies. In 2017, I founded IGNITE Healthcare Network. IGNITE brings together dynamic women executives interested in shaping the future of healthcare. IGNITE’s Annual Fire Pitch Competition is one of a few national events showcasing women-led startup companies specifically focusing on solving some of healthcare’s most pressing problems. I have served as an advisor at TMCx since 2016 and am an active board member of nationally recognized non-profit: BakerRipley, Inc., where I sit on the Programs Committee. I have previously served on the boards of the YMCA of Greater Houston, Texas Children’s Insurance Company, and as a member of the National Board of Medical Examiners, where I sat on the Public Stakeholders and Innovation Committees.
