Hello there! I am a social services manager with 6 years of experience from the nonprofit sector looking for new experiences to learn and grow new skills. In my career, I have managed small to medium sized teams that worked on multiple projects, developed workplans that outline the delivery of quality and intentional programming I have also managed special projects and hand-picked team members to streamline internal processes to elevate the experience of applicants. Furthermore, I developed community partnerships to utilize as consultants to ensure our programs and processes are intentional and impactful. What sets me apart is my interpersonal communication skills. I find it very easy to get along with all personality types and have always been client-focused. My work speaks for its self, as I have convinced over 200 Toronto residents to volunteer their personal time to better the community. Finally, growing up in Scarborough, Ontario, I have firsthand experience growing up in underserviced communities and benefited from various programs directed in education, anti-violence, and poverty reduction.
