Babatola Awe is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Revent Holdings Limited, A parent company to Revent Technology, Revent Advisory Partners, Revent Global Finance. Before resuming his role as the CEO of Revent Holdings, Babatola Awe worked with top financial institutions (PAL Pensions, AxaMansard, FirstBank, FBN Capital, FBNQuest Merchant Bank) and technology firms where he led some of the largest integration implementations of Salesforce (CRM) and Core Banking integration projects in Nigeria. More recently at Deloitte Nigeria, he led the Digital Customer, Cognitive and Analytics, West Africa team where he grew the business from scratch to over a million dollar revenue-generating business unit under two years before he resigned as a Senior Manager to focus on Revent Holdings. Babatola's experience spans the financial services industry (Insurance, Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and Pension) and the technology industry. He has vast experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, software engineering (i.e. automation, integration, and solution architecture), business analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise projects using the agile-scrum framework. Babatola is currently helping his clients and organisations grow their wealth and shareholders value respectively by creating excellent and sustainable economic impact through strategic and inspiring business ideas, investing in technology innovations, financial advisory and top talents development.
