•I’m passionate about #digital, innovation and #sustainability and how they drive business results & societal impact. •I have 25+ years of experience: #CEO/General Management, Strategy, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Operations, managing large organizations with more than 3000 people. •Coupled with expertise/track record in #Digital and Business #Transformation, in traditional and tech industries. •Since December 2020 I am the CEO of JLL Italy. With a team of 100k people globally we are the 2nd largest real estate services company in the world. My objective is to accelerate the growth of the company in Italy, as lighthouse of #Digital and #Green transformation, helping our clients - investors and corporations - shaping the future of real estate for a better world. •In the previous 3 years I served as COO, Marketing and Operations Director @Microsoft Italy, the number two of the company in Italy. •Previously I was a member of the global SLT of Vodafone Group and the Director of Digital, Commercial Operations & Wholesale in Italy, reporting the the Italian CEO.
