Dr. AlBuhairan is an accomplished and seasoned International Healthcare expert with unmatched achievements in investment promotion and attracting foreign direct investment. She possess more than 20 years’ experience in strategic, tactical, and policy expertise across the healthcare value chain in both public and private sectors. Dr. AlBuhairan received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science and a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from Brown University in the United States. Subsequent to that, Dr. AlBuhairan shifted from clinical laboratory medicine to management and health services and received another Masters in Public Health and Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. Dr. AlBuhairan’s PhD research focused on the exploration of the policy making process in healthcare at an organizational level. Dr. AlBuhairan’s achievements transcend locality, as she is a Fellow of the prestigious Eisenhower Fellowships Organization and is a member of a number of international boards and committees.
