For the last years I've been working in digital projects with a service design perspective. I love the merge between service experiences and digital as a mindset beyond technology. I have been working in Innovation and digital transformation projects. My work gave me the opportunity to collaborate with design, technical, business and engineering teams implementing digital services for different industries: banking, consumer finance, insurance, utilities, telcos and public sector. Some recurrent topics in my career: design strategy, service design, digital services, concept design, design research, information and knowledge management, employee experience and organizational change.
