In a nutshell, I am about bringing a culture of wellbeing to an organisation, taking an inclusion focused approach to wellbeing, and helping leaders to integrate wellbeing into their leadership behaviour. Previous achievements in the wellbeing field include: o Created and implemented a wellbeing strategy for the organisation, based around a person centred approach to wellbeing o Created a strong and recognisable wellbeing brand for the organisation o Raised the profile of the wellbeing agenda to the extent that it was regularly discussed at Board level o Introduced a wellbeing presence to all key organisational processes including recruitment, onboarding, management training and performance management o Created and launched a tool for managers and employees to facilitate high quality wellbeing conversations o Introduced Mental Health First Aiders to the organisation o Designed and delivered leadership training for senior managers to drive behaviour change around individual and team wellbeing, receiving 100% success ratings o Ran the organisation's first ever holistic employee wellbeing survey as a diagnostic tool to target limited resources at the areas most needing attention o Ran a bold campaign to shift the picture being painted of what high performance looks like, including self awareness and proactivity around wellbeing as behaviours that are rewarded o Transformed the wellbeing conversation in the organisation I am currently practising as a coach both privately and as part of my full time role. Although I work with clients with a variety of goals, my speciality and passion is wellbeing coaching. I love to work with clients who want to make a change to their life which will result in increased wellbeing, but perhaps are struggling with how to do this, or where to start. I have been practising mindfulness for over five years and run regular group mindfulness sessions in the workplace which have been extremely successful, as well as presenting at team building events and working with individuals. Regarding my own wellbeing, I work out regularly (some might say frequently!), have been practicing Qi Gong for several years, have followed the Paleo lifestyle for almost as long, and prioritise sleep as it is the most powerful driver of my wellbeing. My ethos is very much based in evolutionary physiology, the desire to maintain a healthy body into later life, and to move with grace and control.
