Bio

Bell graduated with Masters degree from UC Berkeley, studied the intersections between Law and Technology. Focused areas are AR/VR, Blockchain, Web3 governance, digital humans, video game laws etc, where she received a direct scholarship from UC Berkeley as the APAC scholar. BuzzAR is founded by Ken Lim and Bell Beh. This is our 2nd venture. Our previous venture, Play Spirit, has amassed 20 million players. We also built Meta Oculus, rated as the Top 6 VR Game on Oculus Rift + Oculus Quest (https://www.oculus.com/blog/best-vr-cooking-games/). Intro: We merged our 2 entities in 2021, Play Spirit and BuzzAR are now one! Our past track record: ✔️online gaming (2013) ✔️VR (2015) ✔️AR + digital twins (2018) ✔️ user-generated content (UGC) (2021) ✔️ Avatars engine, Pop Up Metaverse (2021-2022) Now: ✔️ Consumer Grade UX Enterprise solution for the Metaverse industry (2023) On the personal level, Bell has strong interests in Philosophy and Physics. One of the favourite books is Power vs Force. She dedicates her life towards creating more smiles, giggles and laughters. On the philanthropic side, she dedicated her spare time to helping more children, women in the rural areas, and the less privileged ones, in any shape, form, colours.
