I am an accomplished operations leader with a blend of consulting and in-house experience across start-up, scale-up, and blue-chip organisations. I have led diverse teams and transformational programmes in numerous sectors, including energy, utilities, construction, telecommunications, and consumer products. I am currently a Vice President at Field Energy, reporting directly to the CFO and responsible for the entire supply chain and all direct and indirect spend. I have achieved MCIPS status, and I am currently completing my Executive MBA at the University of Cambridge alongside other senior business leaders. I have been fortunate to work for prestigious market leaders, including TotalEnergies, Harry’s, BT, Bulb Energy, and now Field. I have directed significant negotiations worth hundreds of millions of pounds and managed large matrix teams for complex projects, such as international expansions, fundraising activities, asset divestment programmes, major CAPEX projects, supply chain optimisations, new product introductions, and cost reduction/margin improvement initiatives. My varied experience means I am capable of working in fast, high-growth environments, but I am equally at home navigating the complexity and process of older, larger and more established businesses. I am comfortable communicating with stakeholders from financial, legal, technical, and other non-technical disciplines, and I readily engage with shop-floor employees while directly advising c-suite professionals. I have a track record for overcoming conflicting business priorities, obtaining buy-in for complex/innovative projects, and delivering transformative programmes against the odds. --- Vice President, Supply Chain & Procurement at Field.
