I combine my passions for science and improving health outcomes to achieve measurable results. My core interest is using research and strategy to improve policies, systems, and programs. I enjoy strategic planning, working in dynamic environments, and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I’ve always been interested in what makes people tick, hence my early interest in psychology and research on the neurobiological basis of behavior. My subsequent work in public policy was motivated by my fundamental belief that science and technology can help people reach their full potential and eliminate inequities that have significant negative impacts even before birth. I’ve since focused on precision medicine to develop and translate cutting-edge scientific research into improved health care.
