As a global sales & transformation executive, I change core business to grow rapidly and improve operating profitability, be in France or Internationally. That is what I have done successfully through my last three experiences by pivoting a strategy, or doing an M&A or a turnaround. I've worked in different industries such as eCommerce, retail, banking, telco, transport & logistics. At Colissimo's and over the course of the last 4 years, I've increased the annuel turnover by 25% + 370 M€ yearly - with a operating margin improved by 40%. I get involved in a companies when they need to change their business model, or they don't grow anymore or need to modernize and digitalize their operation. My competences rely on my capabilities to set up and execute a new strategy, my transformation skills, my business orientation and, my innovation & digital experience. I have a double academic background : engineer school (Polytech'Lille) and business school (HEC Paris) I like doing ambitious transformations in international & competitive environments when it requires to create and deploy a new development strategy.
