7+ years of working experience in R&D in the field of bioprocess engineering and in a Pilot Plant environment; 4+ years of experience in leading an interdisciplinary R&D project team; 9 x responsible master thesis and PhD supervisor; Started my scientific career at BOKU, Vienna in the “Bio Industrial Pilot Plant” in the field of downstream processing (refolding kinetics, E.Coli homogenization mechanism). Graduated in 2015 with a master degree from the Technical University of Vienna (multi-component adsorption of IEX). Did my Phd from 2015 to 2020 in the “Bio Industrial Pilot Plant” in the so-called “PAT-Plant” Project at BOKU, Vienna. Focus was on the implementation of QbD&PAT into a mammalian cell culture processes (USP & Analytical Dev., MVDA & Soft-Sensor Dev.). Supervised several master theses and technicians. Since 2019, Project Manager at Bilfinger ITS. Was in charge of setting up the End2End Project (Team, Schedule, Budget, Funding) and since then the End2End Project Manager. Always eager to support early carrer scientists - Since 2019 ESACT Frontiers comittee member
