I have so far focused on business development and transformation in Retail Banking through customer centricity and digital & data technologies. My set of expertise includes: • creating, implementing, communicating and selling banking offers • designing and putting in place international transformation programmes • creating Marketing, CRM, Data&Analytics capabilities and teams from scratch For over 20 years, I had the chance to learn and grow in Retail Banking from three different perspectives (start-up, bank, headquarters) and to develop my own understanding of the sector: I am particularly interested in scaling up the number of projects creating shared value for the bank, for the customer, for the employee and for the society. I worked in various management posts in the UK, France and Turkey with increasing levels of responsibility. I have a strong drive for working with diverse people and helping them grow collectively and personally.
