Bharath is a Partner with McKinsey & Co based in Singapore. Much of Bharath’s energy is focused on serving some of the most impactful & innovative private and public sector institutions across banking, fintech, wealth management, technology, and private equity to transform & elevate performance through bold bets & transformation across strategy, sustainability, innovation, venture building, digital, leadership and organization. Bharath has extensive & deep experience of counselling CEO’s and boards to create & sustain stakeholder value creation. He has extensively worked across 15+ markets in Asia, including most markets in Southeast Asia, Australia, and India. Bharath leads McKinsey’s Payments practice, is a leader in the Sustainability and Digital practices. Prior to McKinsey, he held leadership positions at two other consulting firms in Asia. He is proud father to three young children and enjoys his fair share of playing racquet sports.
