I am an individual with proven delivery and program management skills on building complex IT systems for 17 years. I excel in conceptualizing, building, managing IT teams to solve specific business problems and enhance benefit realization. I work as Head of Engineering and Technology for the world’s third largest Retailer. Few achievements in the last 1 year are - Transformation of IT portfolio into Agile across multiple locations - Automation at Directorate level to enable move towards CI/ CD - Program level governance to assess service metrics and performance - Aggregated senior management status reporting at Delivery unit level across geographies - Working closely with multiple vendors in creating a multi channel offering for Work force management product - Automation of test suites across Retail test hub projects as part of Delivery Excellence My strengths lie in my go getter attitude and commitment to do well in any task that I undertake.
