Director of New Development at Nest Seekers Development Marketing Managing over $1B in Active & $3B Pipeline New Development Condominium Inventory As native New Yorker and the Director of New Development at Nest Seekers Development Marketing, Bianca D’Alessio has partnered with the city’s best developers, architects, and industry leaders to manage over $850M in new development inventory across the Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester and Hamptons markets. At her core, Bianca uses data science, analytics, and strategic planning and positioning to inform every decision when advising her clients. Bianca and her team offer a full suite of services for developers of luxury properties, including unit mix/site planning, layout design and finish package advisory, strategic amenity implementation and on-site selling and leasing. Bianca provides clients with proprietary research on their competition, studies micro and macro trends and is informed on current and pipeline inventory to ensure her clients construct product that will be well-positioned in each sector of the market. With over 20 years of experience in construction and development, Bianca is able to help her clients navigate the construction process from the earliest design phases to when the last unit is sold or leased. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Bianca worked for a non-for-profit organization that focused on leadership development for young women. She had the opportunity to travel around the United States facilitating education workshops, behavioral analysis and inspirational speaking for over 2,500 women. Bianca never backs down when faced with a challenging situation and embraces adversity head on. After attending Babson College in Boston, Bianca enrolled at the Business School at the University of Auckland, then spent the next four months living in China, Russia and India studying the entrepreneurial ecosystems and political spheres that affect business in the emerging markets. She eventually went on to do consulting work for a technology start-up firm in Tel Aviv, Israel. Through her time abroad, she gained incredible insight on different communication styles, negotiation tactics and cultural norms. Bianca prides herself on being a strong listener, lifelong learner and loyal advocate for her clients.
