I am a partner in McKinsey & Company’s London office and I lead the Growth, Marketing & Sales group in the UK, Ireland and Israel. I advise clients on how to deliver sustainable, inclusive and profitable growth through reimagining vision and aspirations, building tailored growth pathways, and anchoring decision making in deep consumer insight and analytics. I have over 20 years experience working with clients across a wide range industries including consumer-packaged goods, retail, travel and leisure, and media. I am a former Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) leading a consumer-facing company through a turnaround and transformation - defining the consumer and channel strategy, developing and embedding marketing efficiency and effectiveness, building the marketing organisation, and consolidating and re-branding the portfolio of 30+ brands.
