I've been building software since 1984, when I got my first computer (a beloved Texas Instruments TI 99/4A). In 2000, I started creating solutions for business-critical transactions when I founded Navarik with three friends from university, and in 2016 I began working with customers in maritime on the many challenges they faced in working with email. Shipping is all about responding to a massive influx of communications and change. We're dependent on email to solve those challenges and respond to customers - and yet it fails us at every turn.
