Mr. Feyling is the Administrator of the Carpenter Funds of Northern California. He previously served as the Co-Chair of the Northern California Carpenters Health and Welfare Fund and Trustee on the Northern California Carpenters Pension, Annuity and 401k Plans. He has also attended the Harvard program on negotiations, focusing on interest based bargaining and has participated in numerous seminars focusing on benefit plans and labor relations.
