Over the past 15 years I have accumulated extensive international experience within the fields of leadership, employee and leadership development, talent management and Employer Branding. I have worked in both national and international roles within the field of HR, consulting and brand management in the renewable energy industry and advisory industry. I have +10 years of leadership experience. I have an M.Sc. in Economic Marketing and an international background and upbringing, and thus know-how of both international business and culture.
