Bjarni has a 13-year proven track record in leadership, management, and thought leadership positions focused on creating positive impact and excellent teams. Bjarni's passion lies in sustainable finance and how it enables organisations to increase positive impact and contribute to sustainable development. His roles have included - COO and in the executive management team of CICERO Shades of Green, a leading sustainable finance provider, acquired by S&P - CEO and Co-Founder of a market-leading sustainability advisory acquired by KPMG - Building a country market for sustainable financial instruments, and - Executive-level bank restructuring after the financial crash '08 - Several mentoring, board, and committee roles Bjarni is enthusiastic about building effective and high-performing teams, focusing on clear roles and responsibilities, a shared vision, and a clear strategy. Bjarni's passion is designing robust systems and processes to reduce noise and friction to facilitate value creation. His particular interest is in growth and transformation strategies; he uses emotional intelligence and communication to foster employee well-being. Bjarni is a ''global citizen'', having studied and worked in the Nordics, S-Korea, USA, Spain, Singapore, and elsewhere. He currently resides in Oslo, Norway.
