I am a dedicated, results-oriented professional with proven success across finance, product development, and team leadership. My passion is in developing client solutions, boosting business profitability, and guiding transformative initiatives to deliver significant results . Through my experience in diverse leadership roles I have had the privilege of working with all organizational levels including reporting and presenting to senior executives, and presenting to large industry groups. I have extensive experience with financial products including Individual Insurance, Group Benefits, Individual Savings, and Group Savings. In my current role I am supporting organizations to utilize the dacadoo health and wellness products, including the dacadoo Health Score, Health Coach, and Risk Score. Building on my experience leading the strategic development and implementation of the Manulife Vitality program, one of the largest program launches in Manulife Canada's history. I am consistently commended for superior job performance, initiative, excellent leadership, and motivational skills.
