After 10 years in FMCG & Luxury companies building brands in France and international, I moved from world CMO of LVMH Pommery champaign to CMO of Retail established marketing brands such as BHV & Galeries Lafayette Maison and Monoprix including the management of the Ecommerce Business units. I led the repositioning and digital transformation of these brands through team reorganization, new process and a strong focus on CRM, digital media, data and analytics and BTB and BTC multi channel customer experience improvement. I then integrate the Altarea Cogedim group, a retail REIT, residential developer and an office property developer, to create the retail Marketing and Specialty Leasing sales departments for BTC and BT. I manage the Marketing in its strategic and operational dimensions, CRM and Market studies, Digital projects, Interior Design and Visual identity. I developped the Specialty leasing sales Business Unit to maximize the value of our malls (pop up stores, advertising billboards etc) Marketing professor at Celsa/ISEG Paris teaching Marketing performance for the master students.
