An engineer by training, a sales professional by experience, and storyteller by passion, I am now at the height of my persuasive powers. I love to help people solve their challenges with technology. I live for the experience and satisfaction of successful technology implementations. I have become expert at developing the pitch. I have a knack for explaining complicated technology to non-technical people. Along the path of my career, I have had the honor of building a few high-performance teams and am now in the process of building the biggest, most bad-ass team ever. It is thrilling to be part of a team of A players who love their work. I have honed my ability to identify, recruit and inspire smart, independent and passionate people. To keep things fresh, I volunteer each year to mentor business startups competing in the Minnesota Cup as an Entrepreneur in Residence at University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business.
