I am chair and founder of Mahlab, a leading content and communications agency. Mahlab is known as a pioneer in the content marketing industry that has transformed the way major brands engage with customers and stakeholders. Over the past two decades, I led the successful transformation of Mahlab from a print publisher to a digital content agency operating throughout APAC. Our success is twofold. First is our highly-talented team of journalists, writers, designers, strategists and digital producers who create strategies that resonate and engage. Our people have deep expertise in understanding audiences, are known for producing ‘work that works’ and I get great pleasure watching them flourish personally and professionally. Second is our clients, some whom have supported Mahlab over many years. That trust has helped Mahlab win numerous global and Australian awards including 2022 Content Marketing Institute Agency of the Year, 2021 Content Marketing Association Agency of the Year, Australian Small Publisher of the Year in 2018 and 2017 and four-time Content Marketing Institute global Content Marketing Agency of the Year finalist. Our clients include Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, VMWare, NBN, and Engineers Australia. I am also an active advocate and driver of diversity and gender equality. In 2016, I co-founded Mentor Walks Australia, a fast-growing program that harnesses Australia's senior women to make mentoring accessible to aspiring women everywhere and help them build their networks. Mentor Walks currently operates in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Adelaide, Wollongong, Singapore, Christchurch and Auckland. As of September 2022, more than 6000 women have participated with great results. I am a juror of the international Cartier Women's Initiative Awards for the Oceania region and a former judge of the Telstra Businesswomen Awards and Mumbrella Publishing and Communications Awards. I was honoured to be selected to participate in the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program for Asia Pacific in 2015 that supports female entrepreneurs to scale globally. In January 2020 I received an Order of Australia for my contribution to women, publishing and philanthropy. I am a member of the International Women's Forum Australia.
