Motivated Ph.D. professional with 10+ years post-doctoral experiences in cell line development and process development for large molecules and viral vectors. Passionate in CMC of gene/cell therapy with a combined background in Molecular Biology, Virology and Chemical Engineering. Hands on experiences in host cell line adaptation and genetic modification, post-translational modification, scale up/scale down model of viral vector process development, metabolic engineering for media/supplement development, tech transfer (internal/external) and GMP manufacture.
