Bio

I received my BS from Cornell University in Computer Science and my PhD under Eric Brewer from U.C. Berkeley in Computer Science working in the TIER research group on distributed storage/networking infrastructure targeted towards environments with poor Internet connectivity. I have deep experience with the design and implementation of distributed and networked systems and have worked on distributed file systems, proxy caches, parallel databases, content distribution networks and cluster infrastructure.
