I thrive on providing solutions to challenging geospatial tasks presented by our customers. My personal goal is to exceed customer expectations with accurate and timely product deliveries. I accomplish this goal by utilizing innovative software, building strong production teams and keeping objectives firmly in sight. Successfully delivered more than 20,000 square miles of USGS 3DEP QL2 lidar and derivative products. • Challenging terrains and urban areas include: o Sandhills of Nebraska o Southern Texas o High density urban, Greater St Louis region o River basins of lower Missouri and Upper Arkansas. I have integrated our lidar, compilation and GIS staff to create a strong geospatial team capable of achieving all goals presented to us. • Cross-training across the team has removed production bottlenecks and balanced workloads. • Provide career development opportunities to help my staff grow professionally • Increased product knowledge through training, presentations and technical conferences. I have directed the development of ISO procedures and processes for all lines of business that I manage. • Strong processes have led to realized production efficiencies. • Increased capacity allows for additional revenue opportunities • Quality and Delivery metrics are maintaining at 98% for on time delivery and first-time right acceptance I have directed the collaborative efforts to define a unique system to process lidar that includes industry leading software that is managed and extended with internally developed open source software. • Navigated both technical and executive waters while developing a software system to ensure all objectives were satisfied • Created new position to work directly between production staff and R&D staff to expedite software development and future rollouts • Proposed and integrated alternative methods to handle advanced lidar and hydrological processing
